Building on our previous Emerging Leaders Program and aligning with the Committee’s focus on shaping the future of Adelaide, South Australia, the Future Leaders Program has been designed to equip future leaders across our Platinum Members with the knowledge and skills to navigate and lead in an unpredictable and rapidly changing environment.
The program will combine forward-thinking strategies with practical, hands-on applications, encouraging participants to develop new skills and leverage emerging trends to bring back to their organisation, helping shape impactful and resilient leaders.
The program will feature expert facilitators from Adelaide University, who are leaders in their fields, and will include interactive components to enhance participant learning, engagement, and networking.
