New member – 42 Adelaide

Welcoming 42 Adelaide as an Associate Member of the Committee for Adelaide, nominated by Loftus Technology as part of their Platinum membership.

42 Australia’s mission is to be the number one tech school for diversity and inclusion, with the first campus opening in Adelaide, June 2021. Created in 2013 by Xavier Niel, a successful French serial entrepreneur, 42 has now become an international reference for students and companies, with 42 campuses globally across 25 countries.

Entirely free and open to all talents, regardless of prior experience, origin, gender and age. At the crossroads between digital, jobs, and diversity, 42 shares its innovative educational vision (peer-to-peer learning), its know-how and its values (gratuity, accessibility, neutrality, etc.) to create a global innovation hub.

42 in Australia was founded by Louise Nobes, CEO of KIK Innovation, who owns the license for Australia. In 2022 there are now 42 partner campuses in 25 countries with over 15,000 students trained. The 42-education model is revered to be the best computer programming school in the world and is instrumental in eliminating the shortage of digital talents while at the same time addressing economic and technological challenges.

“42 Adelaide aligns perfectly with the Committee for Adelaide’s mission to shape the future of greater Adelaide. We have against all odds, opened a global disruptive education school in the heart of Adelaide. That’s something to be proud of,” Louise Nobes, CEO and Founder, 42 Adelaide.
