Welcoming South Australian Motorsport Board as a Corporate member of the Committee for Adelaide.

The South Australian Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) was reformed in September 2022 for the purpose of fulfilling an election commitment of the new Government in bringing back and staging the Adelaide 500 on the streets of Adelaide in December 2022.

In addition to the promotion of the VAILO Adelaide 500, the SAMSB has also been charged with the responsibility of the ongoing safe and successful promotion and staging of the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge (a bi-annual event) and to manage the provision and acquittal of the Government’s sponsorship of the Adelaide Motorsport Festival and the Adelaide Rally (both annual events promoted by Massive Events Pty Ltd).
