Our new, reimagined 2025 Emerging Leaders ‘Future Series’ kicked off on Tuesday 4 March, delivered in close partnership with the University of Adelaide and Professional and Continuing Education (PACE).

The first session focused on ‘Futures Thinking, Disruption and Innovation’ and was expertly facilitated by Dr Ariella Helfgott. Ariella introduced the concepts of foresight, provocations, and visioning, and provided participants with tips on identifying future scenarios and how to apply a futures mindset to help Adelaide and their own organisations navigate emerging trends and critical uncertainties.

Building on our previous Emerging Leaders programs and aligning with the Committee’s focus on shaping the future of Adelaide, South Australia, the ‘Future Series’ has been specifically designed to equip Adelaide’s ‘future leaders’ from across our platinum member organisations with the skills and knowledge to navigate and lead amongst an unpredictable and rapidly changing future.
