Paul leads PwC’s Adelaide Deals practice and has more than 18 years of transaction related experience in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Paul’s experience includes leading buy-side and vendor financial due diligence, capital raising, refinancing, pre-lend finance reviews and providing clients with advice on transactions, both domestically and internationally.
