The Hon Nick Champion MP, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure and Minister for Planning, joined Committee for Adelaide members on on 10 September 2026 for our latest Ministerial Fireside Series event.

With South Australia experiencing strong growth and a substantial pipeline of major projects, the discussion explored the housing, infrastructure and planning needed to support the state’s future.

Members had the privilege of hearing the Minister’s candid insights into the opportunities and challenges across his portfolios, including the delivery of new housing, infrastructure schemes and the funding models required to enable growth.
