To see the Committee for Adelaide continue to grow into a sustainable and respected organisation has been a privilege and I depart as CEO today optimistic and excited about our city’s future.
Our city needs the Committee for Adelaide.
Our city needs business and organisations that are willing to step up and commit their experience, expertise and networks to shape a more prosperous South Australia.
And our city needs an independent, trusted and credible voice to represent our State.
From my first day with the Committee almost five years ago, I have been impressed by the generosity of our members, board and supporters and would like to thank each and every one of you for the enormous contributions you make.
The Committee is successful because of the exceptional people involved and it’s been a joy working with you all.
From next week a new chapter for the Committee for Adelaide begins and it is in great hands with new CEO Bruce Djite at the helm.
I wish Bruce every success and while I’m stepping down, I’ll always remain a supporter of the Committee for Adelaide and look forward to seeing it continuing to go from strength to strength.
