Flourish Australia is one of Australia’s largest and most experienced not-for-profit service specialising in supporting people with complex mental health needs for more than sixty years. With over 70 sites across NSW, SA, Act, Vic and Qld, they employ more than 1,000 people and provide in-person and digital supports to over 10,000 Australians a year. Such supports assist people to overcome barriers, gain confidence, and learn new skills, which can transform lives. Flourish Australia also holds one of the largest lived experience workforce, providing the organisation with a unique ability to support people with their recovery journey in a way that meets their individual experiences.
