Simon Toovey is the Executive Director, Business Development and Strategy at Commercial & General, Adelaide’s largest private property developer. Simon has been responsible for securing more than $2 billion in projects for the group, including: the $1 billion redevelopment of the 23 hectare former Football Park at West Lakes; the new 400 bed $350 million Calvary Adelaide Hospital; and the $350 million SAHMRI 2 project, featuring the southern hemisphere’s first proton therapy unit for advanced cancer treatment and the South Australian Immuno-Genomics Cancer Institute (2022 completion).
