Our Emerging Leader cohort had the opportunity to hear from the incredible Pauly Vandenbergh, Director and Co-Founder of Tjindu Foundation, National Indigenous and Multicultural Engagement Manager at AFL, Owner Munda Wines and Founder of the Aboriginal Basketball Academy.

Emerging Leaders within our Platinum Member companies heard from Pauly on his personal journey, including his upbringing on the Far West Coast and his passion for making change and creating opportunities for Aboriginal young people.

To coincide with National Reconciliation Week guests had the opportunity to not only absorb Pauly’s wisdom but also put what they heard into action when thinking about diversity in the workplace.
