Our Emerging Leaders session held on 8 April saw Professor Edward Palmer and Dr Daniel Lee from the School of Education, The University of Adelaide facilitate a discussion on ‘Strategic & Ethical AI for Leaders’.
Participants were provided with an insightful exploration of responsible AI adoption, with a focus on the current and future impact of AI on Australian industries and workplaces.
The session gave plenty of ‘food for thought’ and presented real-world examples to highlight both the opportunity and potential risk in the use and adoption of AI practices. Attendees were encouraged to consider AI’s role in enhancing efficiencies and boosting productivity in their own workplaces, provided with practical tools for AI-resilient careers and were provided with valuable insights and practical tools for leaders to responsibly harness AI for innovation and growth.
Our Emerging Leaders ‘Future Series’ is made possible with the support and partnership of the University of Adelaide and Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) and has been specifically designed to equip emerging leaders across our Platinum Members with the knowledge to navigate and lead amongst an unpredictable and rapidly changing future.
