In partnership with SA Leaders for Gender Equity (SALGE) we held an event to discuss and raise awareness about the gender pay gap and the inequity currently faced in the workforce.

Led by SALGE Chair and Eldercare Chief Executive Jane Pickering, the panellists discussed what they are doing to help address gender equity within their respective organisations, and shared practical advice with other leaders.
