In an inspiring session with the Commissioner for Children and Young People, Helen Connolly, we explored the role businesses and community groups can (and need to) take to prepare young people for the future. On the day groups were given four focus areas which included upskilling of parents and carers, thought diversity, youthful cities and work experience. Many ideas were captured during the session with the aim to identify tangible outcomes that will make a positive difference. Stay tuned for more on this.
