He is a global citizen who has spent his career as a Talent Scout; working for Executive Search Firms (based in the USA, Hong Kong, Canada, and Australia) across industries and in Corporate Talent Acquisition roles with Netflix (during hyper-growth), BHP (leading the Global Executive Talent Acquisition function from Adelaide), and most recently in the Space & Deep Tech sector with Fleet Space Technologies serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Inclusion.  Karlis has worked across six continents, diverse cultures, and a very wide range of business sectors & functional areas; leading with empathy to ensure the right talent is hired into the unique situation every time.
