On 18 June 2026 we welcomed participants to our 2026 Future Leaders Program, delivered in partnership with Adelaide University Learning Futures.

Exclusively available to our Platinum members, the program is designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, insights and confidence to navigate a rapidly changing world. Through a blend of future-focused thinking and practical application, participants will explore new ideas and emerging trends that they can take back to their organisations.

Our opening session featured Dr Manjula Dissanayake, who shared practical insights into how leaders can harness AI to enhance decision-making, improve productivity and create greater organisational impact.

We’re looking forward to seeing this cohort continue to grow as they progress through the program and develop the capabilities needed to lead into the future.
