In Conversation with Professor Nicola Phillips

members are invited to join the Committee for Adelaide and Adelaide University for an exclusive thought leadership conversation with Professor Nicola Phillips, as she reflects on the first six months of leading Adelaide University.

In this special “in conversation” event, Professor Phillips will share early insights from her tenure as Vice-Chancellor, offering a candid perspective on how the university’s journey has begun, the progress made so far, and the vision shaping its future.

With a strong commitment to access and equity, Professor Phillips will explore the role Adelaide University can play in strengthening opportunity for South Australians.

The discussion will also touch on the university’s priorities across skills development, research and development, industry engagement, and the evolving student experience, alongside her initial reflections on Adelaide and the broader South Australian landscape.

This is a unique opportunity for leaders from business, government and the community to hear directly from one of Australia’s most influential higher education voices, and to engage in a conversation about the future of a University built for South Australia.

The Committee for Adelaide looks forward to bringing this important conversation to our valued members.

We acknowledge the continued support of our Annual Partners, Adelaide University and BHP, whose contributions make these important conversations possible.

Please note that invites have been sent to members.
