While our members have been hit hard by COVID-19, they appear to be somewhat optimistic about the future.

With 30% expecting their business prospects to be the same between now and December, 30% worse and 7% a lot worse, the numbers improve slightly when the horizon is pushed out to June 2021.

And while 45% of our members have had to let go some staff during the pandemic, 43% are expecting to employ more staff by June 2021.
