The first ever ‘Parliamentary Friends of Cities’ will be launched today, a multi-partisan group to advance long-term, place-based urban policy within the Australian Parliament.

The Committee for Adelaide recently invited members to participate in a series of ‘Listening Forums’ to help shape the future of our city and state.

Over the past few months, the team and board has been busy shaping our direction for FY26 and beyond. As a city, it’s clear we need a relentless focus on productivity, climate change and resilience, while tackling issues like connectivity and density to ensure we have the right foundations in place for Adelaide to thrive for generations to come.
